Awesome! ↪
Kyle Walker (@kylewalker.bsky.social; 14/0/2; 2025-06-21): Use an #LLM as a pair programmer for data analysis in #rstats with {acquaint}:
📈 I map a dataset with tidycensus;
📈 Claude inspects my R env and builds a clustering analysis;
📈 I ask Claude to read the mapgl docs;
📈 Claude helps me embed a ggplot as svg within my map! ↪

Kyle Walker (@kylewalker.bsky.social; 9/1/1; 2025-06-21): Filters with expressions in @Mapbox and @maplibre are so powerful for in-app GIS overlay.
“within” allows for point-in-polygon, and “distance” finds areas near to a given geom.
An example using #rstats mapgl: the GIS operation happens directly in the map w/no external call. ↪
