@PhDemetri I wrote my thesis using bookdown, and it was awesome! Used a thesis template by a friend, which has all the stylistic stuff done in LaTeX, and main text in Rmarkdown. I guess you could probably just replace the LaTeX stuff with yours? Hope it helps! https://t.co/fg84dgl10V

My new favorite (and probably overused) #rstats #xaringan party trick is to use knitr::include_url(“link_to_my_own_slides”) to show a past/future slide FROM THE SAME slide deck in another slide 🤯 Makes it easier to show how to do side-by-side code/plot slides. https://t.co/zh1foRWToT
